In September 2022, our vocalists had a very important and responsible mission: to tell on behalf of all little Ukrainians how children, who have seen war, feel themselves.
The children sang the song "Not Your War" by Okean Elzy at the opening of an exhibition of children's paintings at the Lidice memorial. Back in 1942, 340 residents of Lidice - 192 men, 60 women and 88 children were shot by the Nazi troops.
The exhibition featured paintings of Polish children in 1945 and Ukrainian children in 2022. The event was organised by the Institute of Poland in Prague, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic and the Lidice Memorial.
